These are the Grand houses wrapping around the from the North to the South side covering all of the West of CalmWaters. Usually the ones here, are the writers, artists and the wealthy people for the houses are merely Mansions.

This part of housing just North of town is a beautiful neighborhood. The houses look like little grand housing with 2+ story houses. Only downfall to these houses: No basements since houses reside on slate-stone.

A small settle of houses on East end of CalmWaters. These housings are normally pretty small, but they do have pretty good rates on the market.

This is where you can find many city buildings.

Want to do some training? Bring your horse on out and train! There are some stalls here to make it easier instead of trailering your horse every day and night.
