Broken Tree Stables

This large ranch has almost 200 acres, with a 2-story brick home half an acre in. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The kitchen opens up to the dining room, while the study opens to the living room. The four season porch is small.

A single barn rests an acre back, and holds up to 70 horses, though the stables are very rarely filled. An indoor arena sits at the back with wash-stalls off to the side. The large tackroom sits at the end of the middle row of stalls, and fenced in runs are on one side. A round pen sits off a little ways, as does another outdoor arena. The fencing are black wood planks.
